Each tasting sheet should have a set of rankings with all the numbers between 1 and 8. Don't screw up the results with two 5th place rankings, for example. For a set of 8 wines, typically it takes most people 20 to 40 minutes to come to some sort of conclusion or verdict in terms of their preferences.
